I’m Clare, Founder and Director of Future Proof Consultants. 

I've spent years working inside complex human services organisations, leading across risk, compliance, governance and operations. I understand the pressure leaders are under when systems don't keep pace with growth, risk increases, accountability becomes blurred and good people end up compensating for poor processes.

I bring together executive experience in risk, governance and operations with a Master's degree in Organisational Dynamics, helping leaders understand not just what needs to change, but what will make that change stick. 

That experience shapes how I work now: practical, structured and focused on what will actually make the organisation stronger. 

I think about systems the same way I think about swimming: good technique creates glide; poor systems create drag.
